2 very ripe bananas, mashed (about 1 cup) 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened 1 cup white sugar 2 large eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup sour cream

Turn the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. oil or melt butter into a 9-inch round cake pan coated with nonstick cooking oil.

Blend the bananas thoroughly in a medium basin until smooth. Aside; set aside.

By utilizing either a hand or stand mixer, blend the butter and sugar until light and airy

One at a time, incorporate the eggs while thoroughly combining after each addition. Combine the pureed bananas and vanilla.

Whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a separate basin.

To the banana mixture, add approximately half of the dry ingredients and half of the sour cream.

The mixture is poured into the cake pan that has been prepared. Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 30 to 35 minutes.
