Recipe For Banana Nut Bread

3 overripe bananas, mashed 1/2 cup butter, softened (1 stick) 1 cup granulated sugar 2 eggs 1/4 cup milk (any kind) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup nuts

Greasing a 9-by-5-inch loaf pan, preheat the oven to 350°F.

Whisk the mashed bananas, butter, and sugar in a large basin by hand until thoroughly combined.

Stir in the milk and vanilla after incorporating the eggs one at a time.

Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate basin using a whisk.

Just until incorporated, incorporate into the moist ingredients. Avoid mixing excessively. Fold in the nut segments with care into the batter.

After preparing the loaf pan, pour the mixture into it.

When a toothpick inserted into the center of the muffin reveals no crumbs, bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
