No Bake Mocha Lush Dessert Recipe

1 1/2 cups chocolate wafer cookie crumbs (about 30 cookies) 1/4 cup butter, melted 1 (8oz) package cream cheese, softened 1 (14oz) can sweetened condensed milk 1/3 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Crush chocolate wafer cookies into fine crumbs. Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter together until well blended.

Press firmly into an 8x8 inch pan. Refrigerate while preparing filling.

In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.

Stir in brewed coffee and vanilla extract. Spread over chilled crust.

In another bowl, whip heavy cream and sugar until stiff peaks form. Spread over coffee layer.

Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. Garnish with chocolate shavings before slicing.
